Position Description

PLANNER: 

• Manage the planning, programming and progress control as an integral member of project teams 
• Maintain and communicate the Project Master Programme 
• Co-ordinate the production of Target Construction Programmes and Section Programmes 
• Appraise and coordinate subcontractors’ programmes 
• Liaise with Project Management to ensure the most effective construction strategy is followed 
• Liaise with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities relating to planning and programming 
• Analyse project performance and prepare/present reports on programme and progress 
• Attend and contribute to project meetings 
• Contribute to progress control as a member of the project team 
• Assist in management of change regarding impact on programmes and progress 
• Contribute to work winning and tenders as required 
• Contribute to companies Planning Community
