iRecruit working on behalf of our prestigous client are looking for a experienced and talented Sales/Marketing Executives to join their new and expanding team. 

Working within a small sales team of up to 12 people candidates will be performing outbound sales calls to warm and cold clients, generating interest for the company and their products/services. Candidates will be expected to work to very achievable targets promoting a well known name within the Engineering industry.

Candidates will be expected to have experience in the following areas:

-          Lead Generation experience

-          Appointment setting / outbound sales experience

-          Strong Communication & Listening skills

-          Ideally 6 months experience in a sales/service environment

-          Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

-          An interest in Engineering or Knowledge of Engineering/Steel products is advantageous

Salary is £14,500 per annum basic with a bonus of £50 per every 20 leads gained/appointments set, there is no hard selling. This role is a full time and permanent position, candidates will be expected to work a 40 hour week, monday to friday during normal business hours. 

The successful candidate will be calling businesses in the engineering industry and previous clients to generate leads or set appointments for BDM’s to go out and close the business. This could be promoting products or services to the industry.

The 1st interview will be a phone interview which will be held as soon as possible.

The 2nd interview will be a face to face interview that will be held the same or following week as the phone interview.
