A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Engineer to work for a leading energy management organisation in South
Yorkshire. Based in this region, but with frequent travel to blue chip businesses through the UK, the successful candidate will be required to oversee electric installers on designated projects to fulfil customer expectations on the installation of Voltage Optimization Systems. An attractive salary of £32,500 comes with the prospect of working for a rapidly growing organisation that are internationally renowned within their field and great scope for progression.


The Role

As an electrical project engineer, you will be required to visit clients throughout the UK and work with established engineers to ensure that installations are completed successfully and to the highest standards. Overnight stays may sometimes be required as will weekend work, although you will primarily be based at the South Yorkshire office.


The Company

A leading energy management company who operate on an international basis, my client is a leading designer and manufacturer of energy saving solutions and specifically voltage optimization systems. The innovative solutions they provide enable businesses to be both more eco friendly and cost effective. Due to further expansion the company are now looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer who will report to the Project Manager.


Requirements

The successful candidate will possess  the BS 7671:2008 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations qualification and a good knowledge of CDM. Experience within the industrial/power systems sectors is essential as is low voltage experience, preferably LV3 phase power system design. Consistently meeting new clients as well as managing a team of installers, you will need to have good communication skills and be very adaptable. AA recognized H & S training qualification is desirable as is a full, clean drivers license.

As well as a basic salary of £32,500 you will also benefit from fully expensed travel opportunities and the use of pool cars. Private Health and Life Insurance is provided after 3 months service. You will receive 20 days holiday, increasing to 21 after 3 years service with an additional day from every there after, up until 25 days.
