Business Development Manager (Contractor Services)Sales

Central London london

£25,000-£35,000 + OTE of £45,000 + Per year

Key Duties and Responsibilities;

o Ensure effective relationship management and communication in order to generate consistent levels of referral business
o Identify and forge relationships with contacts at all levels, targeting high end and Limited Company contractors
o Undertake and develop business within new industries in order to extend the client base
o Identify and deliver on potential Sole Supplier / PSL opportunities
o Attend relevant industry networking and social events to further expand network of contacts
o Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
o Contribute to monthly and quarterly objectives
o Maintain accurate sales records and account plans
o Keep up to date with all developments within the recruitment services industry, compliance and general taxation legislation as it relates to the operating company processes.

Experience Required;

The Ideal BDM Account Manager will be confident, knowledge of Accountancy and Umbrella services in the Contractor market. The right candidate must have experience working in a business to business sales environment. You must have a proven sales record and experience working in a challenging, target driven environment. We are looking for an excellent communicator who has the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
