Home Managers/Deputy Managers required in Camden, London


Due to continued expansion and revamp, my client, one of the UK's largest Healthcare organisations, are seeking RGN and RMN qualified Home Managers and Deputy Managers for their new 60 bed home in Camden. With a number of positions available, this is a fantastic opportunity for strong and ambitious professional within the healthcare industry who are looking for their next career opportunity in a dynamic and caring organisation.

The Role

The type of role will vary as there are a number of positions currently available for both Home Managers and Deputy Managers. However, the company are expecting all potential candidates to show a caring attitude to service users within their home and to forge strong relationships with colleagues, service users and their relatives alike. You will be expected to be able to deal effectively with challenging behaviour and reflect the core values of the organisation as well as effectively managing and motivated staff and ensuring the overall smooth running of the respective care home.

Requirements

Candidates must be RGN/RMN qualified
A valid NMC pin is essential
Good knowledge of CQC standards
An awareness of the Health and Social act 2008
Working knowledge of NMC guidelines
Experience of sickness management, staff training, coaching and mentoring
Effective communication
