iRecruit are currently seeking a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor for an international automotive engineering organisation at their UK site in Rotherham. Working on a shit pattern, the successful candidate will take on the responsibility for managing maintenance technicians in a fast paced environment and will need experience of PLC or related manufacturing system software. This is a great opportunity to work with a global provider of high quality automotive products.
The Role
As a Maintenance Shift Supervisor you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and will have the responsibility of ensuring the smooth day to day running of the maintenance department and maintaining all production plant and equipment. Utilising CMMS to improve integrity and relevance of data for the maintenance department you will look to promote maintenance towards service excellence. Working on a shit pattern which will include nights you will optimise performance through management of a preventive and reactive maintenance service. Adhering to the companies processes you will ensure that all procedures are implemented and maintained.

Requirements
" PLC experience or similar is essential
" Flexibility to work night shifts
" HNC/ONC engineering qualification
" Highly experienced in an electrical environment
" Strong Computer literacy
