iRecruit are currently seeking a Client Direct Account Handler to work for a professional and thriving insurance & wealth management firm based on the outskirts of Leeds. The successful candidate will be handling all classes of commercial insurance with premiums of up to 10,000, ensuring clients expectations are maintained and exceeded. This is a great opportunity to work for a dynamic organisation who provide ongoing training and support and who encourage further participation in insurance examinations.

The Role

As an account handler for the client direct area you will be managing various aspects of commercial insurance up to the value of 10,000. With a portfolio of clients, you will ensure that needs are consistently met, in line with providing excellent customer service as well as your own set KPI's. You will be expected to treat customers fairly and in accordance with the FCA's TCF principle and will be aware and up to date with the FCA regulations. Working with a professional attitude you will represent the group in a positive manner to reflect the ongoing image that the company surrounds itself in.

Operating for over 75 years, the company are a family run wealth management and insurance advisory based in a pristine office just outside the centre of Leeds. With nearly 100 staff at their site, they have grown from their roots in insurance into expanding a wealth management division and pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

" Minimum 2 years Commercial Insurance experience
" Strong FCA & Regulatory knowledge
" Highly professional individual
" Strong communication skills
" Good broking and negotiation skills
