iRecruit are currently seeking experienced injection mould setters to work an international supplier of high precision plastic products based in Alfreton, Derbyshrie. The company are looking for skilled setters who are familiar with hot runner and valve gate systems and who have tool experience. The Role

As an injection mould setter you will be tasked with carrying out specific tool changes whilst monitoring and maintaining all quality levels and standards. This will include completing product quality air checks as well as maintaining the machine parameters throughout the production run. You will assist with stripping down tools to repair and prepare any required variant changes whilst keeping scrap and machine downtime to a minimum.

Requirements

" Minimum 2 years setting experience in injection moulding
" Must be familiar with hot runner and valve gate systems
" Computer literate
" C&G or equivalent in Process Optimisation and tool design
" Minimum 2 years tooling experience
