iRecruit are currently seeking a professional, ambitious and driven individual to work as a Business Development Executive for an affluent and fast growing Energy Management organization based in the center of London. With great earning potential and fantastic room for progression this is a wonderful opportunity for a sales focused individual looking to build a career and become fast tracked into a Business Development Manager.

 

 The Role

 

Reporting to a Business Development Manager, the Business Development Executive will be involved in all aspects of gaining new potential sales opportunities through networking and conducting Telesales calls. Through both cold and warm leads the successful candidate will be proactive in setting up appointments for the BDM which in time will lead to attending appointments themselves and the natural progression into a full Business Development role within a year to 18 months. Commission will be based on arranging appointments, which turn into successful deals closed. As the company operates with high-level technical products these deals tend to be high level and financially big. Other aspects of the role will involve additional support to the sales team in the form of being the first point of contact for clients, providing product support and understanding over the phone and using the Salesforce CRM System effectively.

With big expansion plans, the company are recruiting heavily and looking to increase market share in both UK markets and internationally.

 

Requirements

 

·       Experience of B2B sales in a professional environment

·       Highly professional and proactive individual potentially of graduate caliber

·       A sales focused individual looking to build a career

·       Experience within energy preferable but not essential
