iRecruit are currently seeking an experienced sales professional from within to work for an international organisation that supply the hire of a variety of powered access equipment. Covering the North East region and dealing with both existing and new clients, the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary, bonus and car. The Role

As the Area Sales Manager you will be fully responsible for managing the North East territory. You will be active in dealing with current clients within this area as well as actively looking to further develop the business. Liaising heavily with the depot manager in the region, you will communicate consistently to provide information on the market place and will be given support from the service team in order. The role comes with a company car as this is essentially a role where you will be based from home. However, you may be required to work from the depot on occasions.

Working on an international basis for over 40 years, the company are a market leading provider of a variety of powered access equipment which includes mounted platforms, scissor lifts and cherry pickers. With over 500 branches across Europe, they have built an enviable reputation within the industry and are looking to continue that further. Priding themselves on a strong service and good customer retention they now require a new Area Sales Manager to service their clients in the North East.

Requirements

·         Experience within Access or similar such as heavy plant or cranes

·         Good communication skills and a customer focus

·         Full driving license
