iRecruit are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to work in a sales position for a fast expanding energy consultancy based in Sutton, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have at least a years' experience in a similar role, having worked for an energy consultancy, broker or supplier. You will also have had proven B2B sales experience and results. The Company

The company are a rapidly expanding energy consultancy firm based in Sutton and one the leading energy consultancies in the whole of the UK. They work with both businesses and purchasing associations from across the country and pride themselves on the customer experience that they provide. With rapid expansion of the last few years, they're continuing to look for talented individuals within the industry in order to again expand their current client base. With a large office in Sutton town center, they're looking to expand this to another level in order to accommodate their requirements. 



The Role

As a Sales Executive you will perform the full sales role, generating new business through both warm and cold calls, developing a strong pipeline with which to win business. The company do gain a lot of internal leads with which you will follow up in attending meetings but are also looking for someone to actively develop the business. You will meet with clients regularly to secure new energy contracts mainly in Greater London but will also be prepared to travel further afield if required. In addition to the day to day sales role, you will also play a part in representing the company at networking events throughout the country, as and when they arise. Due to the nature of travel, expenses will be covered. OTE is competitive with 1%-8% of revenue being awarded depending on whether leads are created by you or if they are brought in internally. 



Requirements

" Experience in a similar role within energy essential
" Experience at an energy consultancy/broker is preferred
" Previous work at an energy supplier will be considered
" Proven sales track record
" Proactive personality who wants to seek new opportunities
