iRecruit are currently seeking an experienced sales professional within the energy management sector to work as a Business Development Manager for a fast growing provider of demand response technology. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary and commission opportunity as well as the chance to work for an organization which is expecting to see a huge amount of growth over the next few years.
As a Business Development Manager you will be predominantly based on the road, regularly going out and visiting both new and existing clients. In addition you will also be proactive in seeking new opportunities both within the London area and elsewhere. Working closely with a Business Development Executive, you will be proactive in seeking new opportunities for growth. You will be focused on projects in relation to battery storage to include rooftop solar projects, onsite diesel generation and switchgear upgrades. Taking a consultative approach, you will display a strong understanding of demand response technology both with your colleagues and with customers. Showing this at events at exhibitions will also be an aspect of this role.
Based in Central London, the company are a fast moving organization operating in the energy management sector and specialize within demand response technology. Working both internationally and within the UK market, they're looking to achieve considerable growth over the next few years with the addition of a number of new members of staff. Due to this continued expansion, they are now looking for a new Business Development Manager to further develop their team.
