iRecruit are currently working in partnership with a  nursing/care home for  45 older people. With the Gold Standard Framework for Palliative Care, a quality hallmark award for homes that can evidence the highest standard of care for all people nearing the end of their life.

Their aim is to help each person live their lives to the fullest potential with support and stimulation in a safe, comfortable environment.  You will need to demonstrate empathy and understanding of the needs of the people with physical disabilities and demonstrate good leadership skills to ensure we deliver the very best quality care. Applicants must hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and have a legal right to work in the UK.

This role is 35hrs per week covering early and late shifts on a rolling rota.
