Purpose
Exploring new avenues of business & Identification of new agency customers
Contacting & engaging potential agency customers via telephone and face to
face meetings
Closing new business deals to generate revenue for the business
Generating and maintaining a pipeline of potential agency customers

Negotiating terms for new agency business relationships
Implementing process of generating contractor leads to the tele-sales team
Focus on the top line agency incoming sales value for the Group
Verifying agency rebate figures; authorising rebate invoices or arranging
vouchers
Maintaining relationships with customers to generate referrals and maintained business
levels
Attending end-client meetings with agency partners to secure existing business
and increase potential business
Reporting of sales conversions to Line Manager on a weekly basis
Excellent OTE of £60,000- £70,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance
Requirements
Previous experience and success within the umbrella Industry
