iRecruit are looking for a friendly, flexible, tenacious
and hardworking individual to work as a Lead Generator for an expanding and
successful energy management company based in Sheffield.
The organisation are looking for a candidate with
excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner who is
able to effectively get past the gatekeeper and speak to Managers and business
owners in order to arrange appointments for Sales Executives.
As well as arranging appointments, you will be expected
to appropriately fact find and identify sales opportunities for the business.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and
capable of using their own initiative. They will also have excellent
organisational and time management skills, and a willingness to make numerous
sales calls. They will be resilient and hungry to succeed.
Duties include the following:

Managing databases
·
Generating new business
·
Meeting targets
·
Calling prospective clients
·
Cold calling potential customers
·
Up-selling
·
Helping clients
·
Qualifying new leads
·
Actively pursuing dormant prospects
Preferred skills
·
Being a hard worker, motivated, proactive and
enthusiastic
·
Possibly worked previously in telesales.
·
Team work in sales oriented environment
·
Training in technical aspects of the job will be
provided as required although some experience of telesales (technical) would be
preferred.
