Business Development Manager from a contractor services, umbrella or
recruitment background to take on a challenging role in leading the sales
development of a fast growing payroll solutions provider. With a competitive
basic, excellent uncapped commission possibilities and fantastic scope for

professional individual to become a leader within a fast moving and forward

The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will be expected to
proactively seek new business opportunities, generating leads and presenting
the companies contract services to new clients. Although the company do provide
a certain amount of sales support in generating appointments, you will be
expected to some extent to generate your own leads in the areas of your choice,
essentially going where the business is. This is by no means a national role
and the right individual will be able to work in one specific region if that is
where they’re able to generate the sales, but a degree of flexibility is
required to work further afield if needs be. Other aspects of the role will
include keeping up to date with the product offering of the company, as well as
legislation related to payroll & contract services, representing the
company at various function and exhibitions and training staff members if
required.

to progress their career by contributing to building a business. There is huge
scope for this role to develop into in time running a sales team.
Requirements
·
Experience in either contract services, umbrella
or recruitment is highly desirable
·
Experience within accountancy services may be
consider
·
A proven track record in sales
·
Polished sales professional with good
presentation skills
·
Awareness
and knowledge of AWR, IR35 and MSC legislation is highly desirable.
