iRecruit are currently seeking a highly experienced and
capable BMS Engineer work on various projects for a fast growing energy
organisation based in the centre of London who specialise in demand response
technology. For an individual with strong expertise in power and energy, this
is a great opportunity to work and develop with a forward thinking company who
are undergoing rapid expansion.
The Role
As a BMS Project Engineer, you will be required to undertake
site survey at various sites throughout the UK, assessing the potential for BMS
control strategy upgrades, demand response and frequency response programmes.
You will be undertaking technical discussions with stakeholders and third
parties to facilitate the requirements for onsite engineering and control of
BMS. Overseeing all aspects of projects from technical work through to
scheduling and budget management you will take full responsibility for managing
the clients expectations, ensuring that requirements are met. Additionally, you
will be expected to provide wide support to the companies technical team, with
regards to demand response projects, including the design, development and
implementation and assist in providing knowledge and advice on MODBUS and BMS
architecture, integration and installation.

looking to increase market share in both UK markets and internationally.
Requirements
·
Highly experienced and understanding BMS, metering and MODBUS protocols
·
Understanding of automated controls for HVAC, refrigeration, chiller and
AHU systems
·
Recognised Electrical qualification
·
Experienced in working independently
·
Well-honed people skills
·
Proficient in project management, design and implementation, together
with business planning
·
First rate customer management skills, coupled with strong listening and
communications skills
