iRecruit are currently seeking an experienced Level 3 qualified Project Architect to work for a fast growing practice based in Ipswich. The client have just been awarded a £10m project to work on a varied number of builds and work within education, housing, retail and commercial. With upcoming work in both East Anglia and London this is a great opportunity for an experienced Architect looking to work for an innovative and prestigious organisation in a capacity with a great deal of responsibility which could see progression into becoming a Design Manager.

The Company

The company are a thriving architectural practice based in Ipswich. With a background in education and housing they have also branched out into retail and commercial. Having recently taken on a £10m project they now require Project Architect to join their team, working mainly within East Anglia with occasional requirements to go to London where the company also have an office.

Requirements

·         Minimum 7 years architecture experience

·         Part 3 qualified

·         Background in Education, housing or commercial preferable but not essential

·         Revit experience preferable but not essential

·         Good understanding of Building regulations

·         3D visualisation experience preferable but not essential
