iRecruit are currently recruiting for an experienced, proactive and results orientated individual with strong CRM experience to work as a Sales and Marketing Technology coordinator for a fast growing energy management organization based in central London. The Role
The successful candidate will coordinate all activities relating to sales and marketing by running and integrating the key IT systems of Salesforce and Pardot, which the company use on a day to day basis. Supporting the sales team you will effectively run the CRM system, identifying and resolving any potential issues with Business Development managers. You will actively seek the best methods of using Salesforce and Pardot in order to assist the everyday needs of the business and will produce monthly and quarterly KPI’s for the sales team. Additionally, you will provide training and support to all staff in relation to the company’s CRM system and assist when any help is required.
The role also requires support to the marketing team in the form of integrating the Pardot system and maintaining the Pardot automation system. You will work together with the Marketing Manager to set up analyze the success of marketing campaigns as well as providing additional ad-hoc support in respect of the marketing decision making process.
