iRecruit are currently seeking an experienced and capable individual within the lift industry to work as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience within lift repairs, possessing strong communication skills and will have a consultative approach to dealing with customers. Based from the Wolverhampton area, the role comes with a car or allowance, a competitive salary and bonus opportunities.

The Role

As an Account Manager your role with be predominantly office based but with frequent requirements to meet customers face to face, discussing maintenance contract renewals, repairs and other lift requirements for an existing client base. You will be proactive in looking ahead to advise clients on new products and services provided by the company and have the foresight to assist clients in planning ahead. In addition to managing assisting accounts you will seek new sales opportunities in order to win new installation and service contracts and ultimately ensure customers are kept happy.

The Company

Operating nationwide, the client are a designer, manufacturer and installer of various types of lifts, escalators, moving ramps and walkways for various types of purposes. They pride themselves on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients coupled with treating their staff the right way. Based in London but with an additional office in Yorkshire, the company have a number of existing client accounts and due to continued expansion, require a new Account Manager to coordinate service requirements in the West Midlands area.

Requirements

·         Experience within the lift industry essential

·         Strong understanding of Service & Repair

·         A professional with a Repairs Engineering background will be considered

·         Strong Communication skills

·         Able to work on own initiative

·         Full Driving Licence
