iRecruit are currently seeking an individual with strong management and coordination skills to work as a Fleet Centre Manager for one of the world’s largest Materials Handling organisations based at their depot in Old Dalby, Leicestershire. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager to work for one the market leaders in the field of Material Handling.

The Role

As a Fleet Centre Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operational performance of the company within your given region. You will provide strategic direction and support to the team leaders working below you in order to ensure the consistent delivery of KPI’s. Running your region as a profit centre, you will actively manage profit and loss accounts and be able to analyse this in order to improved performance. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills with a commercial acumen, enable to continue to develop the region in order to maximise sales through negotiation of contracts.
