iRecruit are currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated sales professional to work for a fast growing provider of Health & Safety Services based in Sheffield. Due to continued expansion, the company are looking to employ an experienced Sales Executive to take on numerous existing business, mainly in the Yorkshire area but also further afield and then look to develop the business further once ready to do so. This is an attractive opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to develop and learn in a new industry with great prospects to progress with the company and take on a competitive salary, OTE, car and potentially share options.

The Role

With a lot of existing business already, the initial aspect of the role will be visiting the company’s current client base which is mainly based across Yorkshire but also in other locations nationwide in consulting on the variety of Health and Safety services that the company provides. Due to continued expansion, the company due not require someone to come in and develop business straight away which gives the successful candidate a great opportunity to have space and time to learn more about the company and industry whilst also presenting to the clients. Overtime the company will be looking for the Sales Executive to start developing their own business, thus improving the size of the business further and over a 6 month period, the package will be reviewed to give the individual the opportunity to take on a higher basic salary and commission potential. Full product training will be provided.  

The Company

An SME based in Sheffield, the company are a fast growing supplier of a variety of Health and Safety Services. Their main focus is the provision of health and safety training via their own workforce of trainers, who work within a wide variety of sectors. In addition to providing accredited courses such as NEBOSH, CITB and IOSH they also have a big drive on Health and Safety Consultation. Training can be either based at their site or in house and the company cover various work nationwide. Due to continued expansion, they now require a new Sales Executive to work with both existing business and to further develop their client base.

Requirements

·         Face to face sales experience

·         Experience in selling health and safety training courses preferable but by no means essential

·         A good communicator with a consultative approach to selling

·         Self-motivated individual looking to continue a sales career
