iRecruit are currently seeking a highly capable and
experienced Rail Project Manager to work for one of the UK’s largest and fast
growing providers of communications infrastructure. Coordinating numerous
projects across Surrey, the ideal candidate will have proven experience and a
strong understanding of telecoms infrastructure related to rail and will also
possess SCADA knowledge. With a competitive, and negotiable package, this is a

The Role
Working as a Rail Project Manager you will coordinate and
manage the operational telecoms environment to include both design and
implementation. You will actively manage multiple projects across the region,
liaising and communicating with customers, effectively managing the
relationships. You will develop overall project delivery and reporting
processes to ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects and source
subcontract selection as well as managing the teams. In addition to the general
project management tasks and ensuring maximising project income and cash flow
you will be proactive in reviewing project risks and thus seek and implement
any mitigation or control measures.
