iRecruit are currently seeking an experienced Independent
Financial Advisor to work for a thriving wealth management and insurance
adviser based in the North West of Leeds. With a competitive salary and many

The Role
A significant part of the IFA role will be self-generating
of leads with some management support. The successful candidate will be
expected to do their own report-writing in the initial stages, with a few to
bring on sales support after initial success of gaining new clients. The
current client based is varied and although the new IFA will not be given a
large number of existing clients, there are currently a high number of orphan
clients associated with the organisation, many of whom are focused on
investment/pension contracts.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide a first
class service as an Independent Financial Advisor by winning new business and
keeping clients happy by providing sound financial advice. You will be expected
to uphold the company values and reflect a continued positive image of the
organisation. As you will be visiting clients on a regular basis, a car
allowance will be provided along with a performance related bonus, paid in
October of every year.

Operating for over 75 years, the company are a family run
wealth management and insurance advisory based in a pristine office just
outside the centre of Leeds. With nearly 100 staff at their site, they have
grown from their roots in insurance into expanding a wealth management division
and pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
The current set up of the company means that they have a
position available for an Independent Financial Advisor, not to replace a
leaving colleague, but instead to continue the expansion of the organisation
organically. They’re therefore only looking for candidates of the highest
calibre.
Requirements
·
Minimum 3 years client facing experience
·
Minimum Diploma Level 4 qualified
·
Hold a current SPS
·
Competent advisor status with current firm
·
Level 3 regulatory knowledge, including FCA, TCF
and data protection
·
Level 2 knowledge of pensions, life assurance,
annuities & income protection
·
Level 2 in PEP, TESSA, TOISA & ISA
