iRecruit are currently seeking a Commercial Contracts
Administrator to work for a leading door and window manufacturer based in
Pontefract, West Yorkshire. Working with the commercial sales team, the
successful candidate will take full responsibility for ensuring a first class
customer service to clients and provide costings when required. The company are
seeking a strong individual who is both professional and proactive in their
approach to work. This is a great opportunity for someone either within the
UPVC industry or outside, looking to work in a role which bears a huge amount
of responsibility.
The Role
As Commercial Contracts Administrator, you will be the first
point of contact for customers and therefore will be the key representative of
the company. As well as supporting the sales team by processing orders based on
existing quotations you will need to be detailed in ensuring all information is
correct and liaise with customers at all times in order to ensure an excellent
level of service is maintained. Another aspect of your role will include the
purchasing of various parts required in the manufacturing process, meaning that
you will be required to be in consistent contact with suppliers. You will
become knowledgeable of costings and will therefore play a key role in the
organisation, liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth overall
running of the organisation.

manufacturer of doors, windows and conservatories. With a staff total of nearly
100, they’ve proven a solid and successful organisation through continued
Research & Design in order to ensure the continued quality of their products.
Having great experience and expertise in the UPVC industry, this company’s
client base covers the whole of the UK and varies from local council’s to large
commercial corporations.
Requirements
·
Experience in UPVC/Door/Windows desirable but
not essential
·
Strong MS office skills, especially in Excel
·
Ability to work on own initiative
·
Able to work well under pressure
·
Good customer service skills
