iRecruit are currently recruiting for a Business Development
Executive for a fast growing payroll & accountancy solutions provider based
in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual looking to
forge a career in a fast paced and lucrative industry. Due to continued and
expansive growth, the successful individual will have great scope for progression
to moving into the role of Business Development Manager. This is a great
opportunity for someone who has a great desire to succeed to really grow with a
fast moving organisation.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be supporting
the Sales team by identifying new areas of opportunity via lead generation
campaigns and conducting B2B calls. Building relationships with key
stakeholders over the phone, you will be required to explain the features and
benefits of the company’s payroll and accountancy services, leading to making
appointments for Business Development Managers. You will also manage existing
accounts by assisting clients with their requirements. For the right
individual, there is the opportunity for this role to expand further into either
a Key Accounts Manager or eventual Business Development Managers role. As you
will be carrying out Telesales calls you will also benefit from any sales made
from appointment generated In the form of commission.

organisation which supplies payroll and accountancy services to contractors
working through recruitment agencies. For this reason, they’re business is
conducted by working with and selling to recruitment agencies and convincing them
that they provide better umbrella services than their competitors. Operating
for over 12 years, the organisation pride themselves on their commitment to
contractors and outstanding service. With continued growth expected over the
next year, they’re seeking an ambitious individual who can develop that
further.
Requirements

B2B Sales experience essential
·
Confident and professional telephone manner
·
Experience in umbrella/payroll/accountancy
solution sales or recruitment preferred but not essential
·
Driven personality able to work to targets
·
Good account management/customer service skills
·
Focussed and looking to build a career
