iRecruit are currently seeking an organised and hard working
individual to work as a sales ledger for a large manufacturer of lifts and
elevators based in Sheffield. The successful candidate will ideally have
conducted a similar role previously within sales/purchase ledger and will be
able to manage multiple tasks effectively. This is a great opportunity for an
individual look to work with a nationwide organisation in a friendly
environment, which includes a café on site and free parking as well as a
competitive salary and pension scheme.
The Role
As a Sales ledger you will be tasked with receiving electronic
invoices from various sources. You will review these invoices on the system and
process them through, amending any invoices that are incorrect. Experience in a
similar role would be advantageous but training on the specific system will be
provided. Additionally you will liaise with operational teams to manage service
schedules and invoice requirements effectively.

Operating nationwide, the client are a designer,
manufacturer and installer of various types of lifts, escalators, moving ramps
and walkways for various types of purposes. They pride themselves on
establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients coupled with
treating their staff the right way. The Sheffield office is a friendly
environment and includes a café on site along with free parking. The team now
require a new sales ledger to assist in the continued success of the business.
Requirements

Experience in a similar role desirable but not
essential

Strong MS Office skills

Good communication skills
