iRecruit are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable HR administrator to work for an international organisation that specialise in material handling equipment at their head office based in Castleford. The role encompasses all aspects of HR with a key focus on recruitment. The Role
As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects
of the full HR role. This includes but is not limited to creating a sending out
offer letters to new starters, prior to their start date with the company and completing
all paperwork associated with this. As a large organisation, the company has a
big recruitment drive and it is therefore a large part of this particular role.
You will be active in creating job ads and posting them online as well as liaising
with recruitment agencies and will be partially involved in interviewing
candidates for certain positions. Additional duties include covering the
switchboard as relief cover from time to time, updating details and general
administration as well as managing the probation process for new employees.
